This romantic vintage brooch is stylistically a mid-century costume jewelry design. It features a rectangular purple faux gemstone set in a beaded-edge gold-tone bezel. Surrounding it are multicolored rhinestones and faux seed pearls. The smaller rhinestones and faux seed pearls are placed as the centers of stylized flowers. The overall design forms a dimensional floral cluster.
The back features textured gold-tone metal with a hinged pin and safety clasp. The brooch measures 1 5/8 inches wide × 1.5 inches tall and is in good vintage condition with some light wear. The center tone is mounted slightly off-center. All stones are present.
